PLACING AN ORDER
Do you charge sales tax?
We are obligated by law to collect a 7% sales tax on orders shipped to a New Jersey address.
What payment options do I have?
We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
David Aubrey accepts credit card payments through a secure online server.
How can I reach someone regarding my order?
If you have any questions regarding an order placed online, please call us at 201 653 2200 anytime between 10 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. For written inquiries, please email info@davidaubrey.com. All messages and emails received after 5 pm will be responded to the following day.
 
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Do all David Aubrey items come with jewelry boxes?
Yes, every item purchased on davidaubrey.com is enclosed in a jewelry box that is perfect for gift giving.
Is my privacy protected when shopping on the website?
All information is kept confidential and not shared.

SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday. Packages are sent via UPS and may require a signature upon receipt. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost. All domestic ground shipping is free for orders over 50.00.
Where is my David Aubrey order shipping from?
All David Aubrey jewelry is shipped from our studio in New Jersey.
 
Does David Aubrey ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Does David Aubrey ship overseas?
At the moment, we ship to the United States only.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped.

RETURNS
What is David Aubrey's return policy?
We have a No-Hassle return policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt refund or exchange. Simply return unworn jewelry in the original box with all tags attached within 15 days for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please note that exchanges are processed as a return and a subsequent shipment. You will receive a credit issued back to your original payment method for the item(s) you are returning, and then charged separately for the exchange when it ships. Please allow up to 10 business days from date received for your return/exchange to be processed. Return shipping costs are not refundable.Returns postmarked after 15 days from day of receipt will be refused.
 
What if my jewelry is damaged?
Purchases made within one year from davidaubrey.com will be repaired free of charge. For transactions exceeding the 365-day window, a repair fee will apply. We do not refund any return shipping.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items may not be returned.
Can I return a custom made item?
Custom made items may not be returned.

JEWELRY CARE
Protect all jewelry from scratches, chemicals, and contact with water. After wearing, gently wipe each piece clean of make-up and skin oils. Store jewelry separately so it doesn’t tangle with or scratch other jewelry. Store jewelry in a dry location, preferably in a cloth bag or a jewelry box, as open air will speed up the natural oxidation of the metal. Apply make-up and hair spray before putting on your jewelry. Make-up and hair spray contain chemicals that may affect your jewelry.
 
Do not store jewelry next to heating vents, windowsills, or in the car. Do not wear jewelry while in a pool, hot tub, or bathing. If treated with care your jewelry will last for years to come.
